Warranty Claim

We apologize for any issues you may be experiencing with your display products. Please describe the problem, along with pictures from different angles, for our warranty department to evaluate. We will evaluate your request and respond within 2 to 4 days.

Shipping Issues and Damage: We would like to inform you that Exhibits Solution is not responsible for any errors made by our shipping carriers, such as FedEx, UPS, or freight companies. If your product arrives damaged during shipping, this is considered a non-warranty issue, and claims must be reported to our customer service department within three business days of receipt. Any delay in reporting the damage will forfeit your right to a replacement. When submitting a claim for shipping damage, we may request digital photos to document the damage to the product or shipping container.

Please note that carriers may inspect damages before settling a claim. If authorized to return the damaged product, we will respond to your email within 24 - 48 hours. Please ensure that the item is returned to Exhibits Solution within 8 days of delivery.
